Final Group Task (FGT) Guide
The **Final Group Task (FGT)** is the last outdoor task in ISSB where the entire group works together. It is designed to assess **teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills** in a collaborative setting.
Tips for Effective Performance in FGT
- Work as a **team**—this is a group task, not an individual challenge.
- Show **leadership qualities** without dominating others.
- Communicate effectively and ensure everyone understands the plan.
- Follow **GTO rules**—avoid touching restricted areas or breaking guidelines.
- Use **available resources (planks, ropes, etc.) efficiently**.
- Think logically and **act strategically** under time constraints.
- Encourage teamwork and support group members in achieving the goal.
Dos and Don'ts
