Command Task (CT) Guide
The **Command Task (CT)** is a test of **leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills**. Each candidate is given the role of a **commander** and must lead a team to complete a task using logical planning and teamwork.
Tips for Effective Performance in CT
- Understand the task **clearly** before giving instructions.
- Communicate **confidently** and ensure everyone follows the plan.
- Give **clear, logical orders** and remain **calm under pressure**.
- Use available **resources (planks, ropes, etc.) wisely**.
- Encourage **teamwork** while maintaining **authority** as a leader.
- Follow **GTO rules** (no jumping, touching restricted areas, etc.).
- Adapt quickly to **changing situations** and think strategically.
